Mantle of Giving 2012

This happened way back in December, but better late than never, right?

The senior youth of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Montclair and their adult advisors once again did an amazing job on the Mantle of Giving.

Each child in grades pre-k through 2nd at the
Newton Street School in Newark got a bag with a gift inside.

Our Santa, acclaimed actor, Andre Braugher,
reclined while waiting for the first batch of kiddos.

Each class took a picture with Santa once all the gifts were handed out.




While we were there, we took a walk down to the Yoga Room,
which we helped rehab over the summer. It still looks fabulous.

The little altar they've created is so nice.

And my sari curtains continue to make me smile.

All-in-all it was a wonderful day.
